Every stacking guide ever written tells you to mix. This bundle does the opposite: three bracelets from the Fortune collection, identical in build, differing only in color. Two strands of braided nylon Milan rope, a silver-plated 316L stainless steel D-shackle, the same diameter, the same weight, three times over. Because the structure never changes, nothing in the stack can clash structurally. The hard part of wearing three bracelets, the part that makes most attempts look accidental, has already been removed at the design stage. What is left is color, which is the one variable anybody can judge in a mirror in four seconds.

Nine wrists from three bracelets

The Fortune D-shackle unscrews by hand, and Caligio offers it in silver, black matte, and gold. Three bracelets across three finishes is nine visible configurations before a single new bracelet is bought. Put silver on all three and the stack reads as one object. Put black matte on the outer two and the middle bracelet steps forward. Put gold on one and it becomes the piece people ask about. The ropes stay where they are; the metal does the talking. This is the least expensive way in the store to own three different looks, and it costs a twenty-second turn of a pin.

Milan rope is nylon, not cotton, and warm months are the reason it matters

Fortune is braided from nylon, the fiber family used for sailing line: abrasion-resistant, colorfast, and almost indifferent to water. A cotton rope worn through a summer comes back stiff and a shade greyer. Nylon holds its color through rain, sweat, and a season of forearms, which is exactly what a bracelet needs when it is seen across a table rather than glimpsed under a shirt cuff. Rope carries pigment the way steel never can. Three ropes on a bare arm read as intention.

Three Fortune rope bracelets, all shipped in the single size you select: Small up to 6.5 inches, Medium up to 7.1 inches, Large up to 8 inches. Three ropes, three pins, one habit

The hardware is 316L stainless steel and it asks for nothing: no rust, no tarnish, no green marks on skin. The rope is braided nylon rather than cotton, which changes what it asks of you. Nylon barely absorbs water, dries fast, and holds its color. What it does do is hold onto anything oily that touches it.

Water is not the enemy here. Chemistry is.

Rain and sweat are non-events for a Fortune bracelet, which is unusual for anything with rope on it. Pools and the ocean are a different matter, and not because the bracelet would fall apart. Chlorine dulls dyed synthetic over time, and salt crystallizes inside a braid as it dries. Take all three off before swimming. Sunscreen is the real threat, not the sun

A warm-weather bracelet meets sunscreen every day it is worn, and sunscreen carries oil and titanium white that settle into a braid and stay there. Nylon resists water and shrugs off rain, but it holds oil like anything else. The fix is the order of operations. Sunscreen first, bracelet second, always. On a beach day, put them on after the last application rather than before the first.

Care

• Put them on last, after sunscreen, cologne, and hand cream.
• Take all three off before pools and salt water. Rain and sweat need no action.
• If they get soaked, blot with a towel and dry at room temperature, never near heat.
• Spot-clean rope with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. No bleach, no machine wash.
• Wipe the shackles with a soft dry cloth. They need nothing else.
• Tighten each pin finger tight once a month. Never with pliers, which strip the plated thread.
• Store them in the Caligio pouch bag rather than loose, where a braid collects dust.

Skin sensitivity

Green wrist marks come from copper alloys. Every Fortune shackle is built on 316L stainless steel, the alloy dermatologists point to as the safe default for reactive skin and continuous daily wear.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 7 days.
