Axe Black XL is that same bracelet for wrists the standard sizes leave behind, fitting up to 8.8 inches, where the regular version tops out at 7.7. Where the name comes from

Look at the shackle from the side and the line names itself. The curved steel arm rises and broadens exactly the way the head of an axe does, and a single small screw pin closes it. That silhouette is the whole design: no logo panel, no plate, no charm. One shape, machined in polished 316L surgical stainless steel, doing the work of a clasp and the work of a centerpiece at once. The leather ends are finished in polished steel tubes so the strap meets the hardware in a clean line rather than a fold.

Black ages by texture, not by color

It has nowhere darker to go, so it ages by surface: a soft sheen appears where the strap meets the world, the leather molds to the wrist, and the piece shifts from new to unmistakably yours without ever looking worn.

Genuine leather

The strap is genuine leather, sourced from official suppliers and cut slim. Leather is a skin, and it behaves like one: it takes the shape of the wrist within a few weeks and holds it. On a thin strap that process is faster than on a wide band, because there is less surface to break in, which is why an Axe feels like yours sooner than almost anything else in the catalog.

316L surgical stainless steel

The axe-head shackle, its screw pin, and the tubes capping the strap ends are all machined from 316L surgical stainless steel, the medical-grade alloy used in surgical implants. Its high chromium content forms a self-repairing oxide layer, which is why 316L does not rust, does not tarnish, and does not turn skin green. There is no plating on it, so nothing can wear through.

Care

• Keep the leather dry. The steel is unaffected by water, but leather is what determines how long this bracelet lasts.
• Take it off before swimming, showering, or heavy exercise.
• If it does get wet, pat it dry with a soft cloth and let it air dry away from direct heat. Never use a hair dryer or a radiator.
• Check the screw pin is snug every few weeks. It is the only part that moves.
• Wipe the shackle with a soft dry cloth to keep the polish bright.
• Take it off before applying cologne, sunscreen, or lotion, then put it back on once the skin is dry.
• Store it in the Caligio pouch bag, away from direct sunlight.
• Never use bleach, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners on the leather.

Skin sensitivity

Green wrist marks come from copper alloys, and fading comes from thin electroplating. This piece uses neither. Genuine leather touches skin for most of the bracelet's length, and 316L steel handles the rest.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply would like to return the product, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging, free from any odors (deodorant, perfume), stains, or signs of wear. The original gift box and velvet pouch must be included - returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please note that a $9.99 shipping and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 7 days. 

For exchanges within the US, your first exchange is completely free and will be dispatched within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.
