Gio Navy Blue is the bracelet the whole line grew out of, in the catalog since 2019 and never redesigned because thousands of men kept choosing it exactly as it is. Gio Navy Blue XL is that same bracelet for wrists the standard sizes leave behind: the slim twisted cotton rope, the adjustable screw clasp, the quiet navy that works with everything, now fitting up to 8.8 inches. The standard version tops out at 8. This one carries on from there.

The twisted weave

Gio Navy Blue, Black, and Beige share a structure of their own within the line: a twisted weave, where the cotton strands spiral around each other instead of lying flat. The twist gives the rope a rounded, sculpted profile that catches light along its curves, so even a single dark color reads as texture rather than as a plain cord. It is the detail you notice from a handshake away, and it does not change with the size.

Like it has always been on your wrist

Gio owners describe it the same way: like it has always been on your wrist. The cotton is soft from the first hour, warms to skin the way synthetics never quite do, and needs no break-in. Navy does its half of the work too: the most classic color in menswear, calm beside everything, wrong beside nothing. Like every bracelet in the Gio collection, the screw clasp adjusts by hand in seconds, so the plus-size length lands comfortably rather than at the edge of a range. Steel that needs nothing, cotton that asks for one habit

The clasp is stainless steel: it does not rust, does not tarnish, and does not turn skin green. The rope is soft natural cotton in a twisted weave, and the softness is the whole point, which means its one weakness deserves respect.

Gio Navy Blue XL is not waterproof

Take it off before the shower, the pool, and the ocean. Cotton absorbs, and what it absorbs it keeps: chlorine, salt, whatever the water carried. It dries slowly, stiffens as it dries, and loses the softness that made it feel like it was always there. Occasional rain is not a problem. For a Gio that lives in water, the line's nylon versions follow different rules, and Caligio builds a full waterproof bracelets collection in solid steel.

The two-second habit

Oils are what age a cotton rope, not wearing it: sunscreen, cologne, and hand cream settle into the weave and hold dust, and a twisted rope holds film in its grooves. The bracelet goes on last, after everything you spray or rub in, and comes off first. If it dulls, work the spot with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, and let it air dry away from heat.

Care

• Put it on last, after sunscreen, cologne, and hand cream.
• Take it off before water. If it gets wet, blot with a towel and dry at room temperature, never near heat.
• Spot-clean the cotton with a damp cloth and mild soap. No bleach, no machine wash.
• Wipe the clasp with a soft dry cloth. It needs nothing else.
• Store it in the Caligio pouch bag rather than loose, where cotton collects dust.

Skin sensitivity

Green wrist marks come from copper alloys. The Gio clasp is stainless steel, nickel-free and copper-free, the safe default for reactive skin, and the cotton rope is a natural fiber against the skin.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply would like to return the product, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging, free from any odors (deodorant, perfume), stains, or signs of wear. The original gift box and velvet pouch must be included - returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please note that a $9.99 shipping and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 7 days. 

For exchanges within the US, your first exchange is completely free and will be dispatched within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.
