One size fits all

The bracelet closes on an adjustable sliding knot: pull the two cord ends to tighten it down snug, ease them back to loosen, across the full range of women's wrists. There is no clasp and no fixed size, so you simply tighten it to fit, which makes Leona a foolproof gift.

Pearls need dry care

Pearls are soft and organic, so Leona must stay dry: it comes off before showers, pools, and the sea, and goes on last, after perfume, hairspray, and lotion, which can etch a pearl's surface. Wipe it with a soft cloth after wear and it keeps its glow for years.

Pearls: the most delicate part

Pearls are soft, organic gems, more delicate than stone or metal, so they set the care rules for Leona. Keep the bracelet dry and away from anything acidic: no showers, pools, or sea, and no direct contact with perfume, hairspray, or lotion, which can dull and etch a pearl's surface over time.

Last on, first off

Put Leona on last, once perfume and lotion have dried, and take it off first. Give the pearls a gentle wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth after wear to lift away any residue, then let it dry before storing.

The sliding knot

To size it, pull the two cord ends to tighten it snug and slide the knots back to loosen. The nylon cord is hard-wearing and holds its position; handle it dry and it stays reliable for years.

Care

• Put it on last, after perfume, hairspray, and lotion have dried.
• Keep it out of the shower, the pool, and the sea.
• Wipe the pearls gently with a soft cloth after wear.

A note on materials

The beads are real freshwater pearls and natural stone; the metal accents are plated. If your skin is highly reactive to plated metals, keep the bracelet dry and clean, which also protects the pearls.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

Please note, sometimes delivery providers may come up with a shipment delay due to the restrictions issued by countries' governments in these challenging times. Therefore, there may be cases when the package arrives several days after you receive a delivery notification.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply would like to return the product, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging, free from any odors (deodorant, perfume), stains, or signs of wear. The original gift box and velvet pouch must be included - returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please note that a $9.99 shipping and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 7 days. 

For exchanges within the US, your first exchange is completely free and will be dispatched within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.
