The one with no dye on it

Every other python bracelet in the Wild collection has been dyed. This one has not. What you see on Wild Natural Python is the leather's own coloring: a pale ground, dark saddle markings running the length of the cord, the way the pattern tightens where the hide narrows. Nothing about it was chosen from a color chart. It is the rarest thing a modern product can offer, which is a surface that nobody decided on.

Nothing was standardized, because nothing could be

Dye is a leveler. It pulls a hundred different hides toward one color and makes them look like a product. Strip that away and every bracelet is visibly an individual: one has wide markings, the next has tight ones, the next carries a pale patch where the grain shifts. Caligio does not photograph the one you will receive, because it does not exist yet. This is the piece for the person who wants the material rather than the color.

Exotic leather, priced by the material

Genuine python is the material that luxury houses charge the most for and explain the least about, priced by the name on the box rather than the hide inside it. Caligio prices a bracelet as a bracelet, which is why an undyed python cord here sits at the same level as an ordinary leather one.

What you are actually wearing

A single 5 mm cord of genuine undyed python leather, closed with a stainless steel snap clasp. Three sizes: Small up to 6.6 inches, Medium up to 7 inches, Large up to 8 inches. Undyed python leather

Python is leather with an unusual surface: overlapping keratin scales, each hinged at its base so the cord stays flexible. Undyed leather has no pigment layer sitting on top of it, which means the material is entirely exposed. That is the appeal, and it is also the reason this one asks for slightly more attention than a dyed cord.

Python is not waterproof

Do not swim in it, shower in it, or leave it soaking. Water pulls the natural oils out of leather; the fiber stiffens as it dries, and the next bend cracks it. Scale edges are the first place that damage shows. Occasional rain is not a problem. Repeated soaking, and heat applied to wet leather, are what ruin an exotic-leather bracelet. Pale leather records everything

A dyed bracelet hides a coffee splash. An undyed one does not. Sunscreen, cologne, hand cream, and ink all stain pale python, and they stain it permanently. The habit that solves this takes two seconds: the bracelet goes on last, after everything else you put on your hands and wrists, and it comes off first.

Care

• Put it on last and take it off first. Pale leather stains, and stains do not come out.
• Take it off before water. If it gets wet, blot with a towel and dry at room temperature, never near heat.
• Wipe along the scales with a dry cloth, never against them. Running a cloth backward lifts scale edges.
• Condition two or three times a year with a colorless leather balm. Tinted balms will darken undyed leather.
• Wipe the steel clasp with a soft dry cloth.
• Store it flat in the Caligio pouch bag, away from direct sun.

Skin sensitivity

The clasp is stainless steel, nickel-free and copper-free, which is the safe default for reactive skin. Green wrist marks come from copper alloys and will not happen here.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply would like to return the product, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging, free from any odors (deodorant, perfume), stains, or signs of wear. The original gift box and velvet pouch must be included - returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please note that a $9.99 shipping and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 7 days. 

For exchanges within the US, your first exchange is completely free and will be dispatched within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.
