Although if you want to maintain the impeccable look of your accessories we would recommend to avoid chemicals for all bracelets and to keep cotton and nylon accessories dry. These are just general recommendations and not mandatory rules.
Caligio does offer discounts on special occasions. Make sure to sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know about all discounts or promotions. Only one promo/discount code can be applied to each order, no exceptions. Please note, promo and discount codes cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Caligio sends packages Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. For the shipment part, we are dependent on our main shipping partner USPS that delivers Monday through Saturday from 9:00am until 9:00pm.
To ensure high quality products, we produce our goods in small batches. Therefore, there may be times when items are out-of-stock or available only for pre-order.
The best solution is to place an order right this very moment, and we’ll endeavor to ship it right to your door by the estimated ship date on the product page.
Please note: any orders that contain pre-order items will ship complete when all items are in-stock. If you would like to receive your in-stock items before the pre-order items, we recommend placing a separate order.
All domestic orders will be shipped via United States Postal Services. You can choose between standard and priority shipping methods. Standard one usually takes from 3 to 5 days and costs $3.99; with the priority shipping method, your order will be shipped to you in 1-3 days for $9.99 in delivery costs.
Do not forget, we offer have FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $50.

All shipping within the U.S. is done via United States Postal Service. On average, packages should be received within 3-5 business days, depending on the shipping method. We do everything we can to ensure that you can get your accessories as soon as possible and you can be sure that we ship your order the same day from Los Angeles, California. More details about ship time will be provided in the confirmation email once you’ve placed your order.

An error message indicates there may be a problem with your credit card information. Please double check that your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file, that your card information is free from typos, and that you are using the latest version of your web browser.
When you have placed an order and finished the payment process, you should receive a confirmation email within a couple of minutes. It is important to make sure that the email you entered is correct. Do not place a new order before going through these two steps below: Step 1: Please check among the spam emails. If you cannot find the email there you can move on to step two. Step 2: Contact Caligio’s customer support. Send an email with your name to firstname.lastname@example.org so that the support team can check if the order has been registered in the system.
Once the product is delivered at the mailbox to the stated shipping address, it's the customer's responsibility to pick it up in time. Failure to do it may lead to getting the package stolen or lost. Caligio does not take any responsibility for the product once it is delivered.
We designed an exclusive packaging for all Caligio products. Each item will be shipped to you in a stylish black box with a special round holder inside to keep your purchase safe and protected in one place.

Due to additional safety precautions being taken by our warehouse team, orders may take a few extra days to ship out. As a result, domestic and international shipping times may be longer than usual, and expedited shipping is currently suspended.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you order multiple items you will get them all at one piece. However, there can be rare exceptions. For example, if the product is out of stock or is available only for pre-ordering, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
That’s no good! Please contact us immediately as all damages must be reported within the fastest terms upon receiving your order.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you want to initiate a return or exchange, you should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you instructions of return process.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that there will be a 3.99$ fee available on all returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded. Remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, all International orders are not eligible for a free return. However, you are more than welcome to send the item(s) back to us using a preferable delivery service, and once we receive the package back we will gladly exchange/refund the order upon your request.
