Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you ship your intended return after the 30 day return period, the item(s) will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not accept refunds of USED products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. If the product has been worn, regardless of how long it was worn, the item cannot be returned. 

Any signs of wear or removal of parts, including foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To start a return, please, contact us at support@caligio.com and provide your order number and specify the items you want to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Please, re-pack the item to its original condition with labels and tags still attached and stick our free pre-paid return label to the box. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In case, the refunded products do not satisfy this Refund Policy, Caligio will NOT cover the costs of the return delivery.

All domestic returns are free if sent with our pre-paid return label. Retain your proof of shipment and wait until the package reaches our warehouse in Los Angeles.

The cost of bracelet exchange for international customers depends on the delivery spending. Therefore, we calculate and make a personal exchange offer for every international customer individually after receiving an exchange request at support@caligio.com

Unfortunately, all International orders are not eligible for a free return. However, you are more than welcome to send the item(s) back to us using a preferable delivery service, and once we receive the package back we will gladly exchange/refund the order upon your request.

We carry no responsibility for any packages that are not delivered or lost during transit and recommend using a carrier that allows package tracking. All products must have the original packaging or it will result in a repackaging fee of $6.

Once the package has been received the return still has to be processed. Received return DOES NOT mean processed. It may take up to five business days to process the return. 

We work under a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, so if you are not satisfied with your order but a return is not applicable/possible, please contact support@caligio.com.

Please note that there will be a 3.99$ fee available on all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded. You can always contact us for further return questions at support@caligio.com.

All products that include Shackle Screw Pins are eligible for an Extra Pin for free during the first 30 days after the products were delivered. However, Caligio does not cover the costs of a free Extra Pin Delivery. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In case the product got damaged or broken during the 30-day period after the delivery date, you are eligible for a free product replacement (shipping cost is on the client). For this, contact the support email: support@caligio.com with your order ID and a photo of the damaged product. However, there is only one replacement allowed per order. In case the bracelet breaks during the 2-6 month period, the customer may request a paid repair or cost-price replacement. Please note, no replacement is provided for lost items.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Furthermore, we do not refund custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In case you have requested the exchange of your purchase for a new product but it is sold out till the exchange package has been delivered, Caligio offers to choose any other available product on the website or to opt for a full refund.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
