If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply would like to return the product, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. The product must be unworn and in its original packaging without damage. Please note that there will be a 3.99$ fee applicable on all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

In case, you would like to exchange any products delivered across the US less than 30 days ago, you can make the first exchange totally free. All exchanges will be dispatched within 5 (five) working days after the carrier shows that the original item is delivered and checked. The return and delivery of the first exchange in the USA are completely on the company, however, the cost of the delivery of any following exchange requests is on the client.

The cost of bracelet exchange for international customers depends on the delivery spendings. Therefore, we calculate and make a personal exchange offer for every international customer individually after receiving an exchange request at support@caligio.com

If you are an international customer that would like to return the products for a refund, you have to send the products back to official Caligio address on your own via a preferable delivery method.
