Two sizes

Charlene comes in two sizes: Medium fits wrists up to 6.5 inches and Large up to 7 inches. Measure your wrist and pick the closer size.

Sterling silver behaves like silver

S925 darkens slowly in air. That is the 7.5 percent alloy reacting with sulphur, not a coating failing, and it is the same on every piece of real sterling ever made. A soft silver polishing cloth returns it to bright in under a minute. Storing the bracelet in its pouch between wears slows the process considerably, because most tarnishing happens while a piece sits exposed rather than while it is worn.

What actually dulls the stones

Not scratches - skin oil and soap film collecting underneath the settings, where light is supposed to enter the stone from below. Wiping the underside with a dry lint-free cloth restores most of the sparkle people assume is lost for good. A 4mm line carries more settings than a finer one, so this matters a little more here.

Care

• Take it off before the shower, the pool, and the gym. Soap dulls both silver and stones, and chlorine speeds up tarnishing.
• Put it on last, after hand cream, perfume, and sunscreen, and take it off first.
• Polish the band with a soft silver cloth when it starts to look grey.
• Wipe the stones and the underside of the settings with a dry lint-free cloth.
• Avoid abrasive pastes and ultrasonic cleaners, both of which can loosen individual settings.
• Store it flat in the Caligio pouch bag rather than loose in a drawer, where the line can catch on other pieces.

Skin sensitivity

Green wrist marks come from copper alloys, and fading comes from thin electroplating. Sterling silver is neither. There is no coating on this bracelet to wear through.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply would like to return the product, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging, free from any odors (deodorant, perfume), stains, or signs of wear. The original gift box and velvet pouch must be included - returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please note that a $9.99 shipping and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 7 days. 

For exchanges within the US, your first exchange is completely free and will be dispatched within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.
