To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

Calligio provides a FREE Standard Shipping delivery for all US orders above $50. International customers from countries/regions including Canada, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia get a free delivery starting from $150 orders.
Your orders are picked, packed, and shipped the same day from Los Angeles, California. The products ordered after 2PM PST are shipped the very next working day. The shipping department is on duty Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number that allows you to check the order’s location. You have up to 2 hours after placing an order to request editing or canceling the order by writing to email email@example.com
Make sure to pick up your order in time to avoid any negative carry-outs after the product is delivered, as Caligio doesn’t take any responsibilities for orders after the status changes to Delivered. Please note, sometimes delivery providers may come up with a shipment delay due to the restrictions issued by countries' governments in these challenging times. Therefore, there may be cases when the package arrives several days after you receive a delivery notification.
If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply would like to return the product, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. The product must be unworn and in its original packaging without damage. Please note that there will be a 3.99$ fee applicable on all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.
In case, you would like to exchange any products delivered across the US less than 30 days ago, you can make the first exchange totally free. All exchanges will be dispatched within 5 (five) working days after the carrier shows that the original item is delivered and checked. The return and delivery of the first exchange in the USA are completely on the company, however, the cost of the delivery of any following exchange requests is on the client.
The cost of bracelet exchange for international customers depends on the delivery spendings. Therefore, we calculate and make a personal exchange offer for every international customer individually after receiving an exchange request at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are an international customer that would like to return the products for a refund, you have to send the products back to official Caligio address on your own via a preferable delivery method.
