Every clasp is a promise that something will eventually fail. A pin loosens, a spring bar gives, a magnet lets go in a coat sleeve. Arc Steel has no clasp at all. It is a single continuous arc of solid 316L surgical stainless steel, open at one side, and it stays on your wrist because of its own shape rather than because of a mechanism. There is nothing on this bracelet that can break, because there is nothing on this bracelet that moves.

Steel that holds the shape you give it

Slide the cuff onto the narrow side of your wrist, just below the wrist bone, and rotate it into place. Press the two open ends gently toward each other for a snugger fit, or ease them apart for a looser one. The steel holds whatever form you set, roughly an inch of travel in either direction, which is why Arc fits a wrist rather than a size chart. Men and women wear the same cuff, and both are wearing the right one.

316L surgical stainless steel

Arc Steel is solid 316L surgical stainless steel, the medical-grade alloy used in surgical implants and premium watch cases. Its high chromium content forms a self-repairing oxide layer on the surface, which is why 316L does not rust, does not tarnish, and does not turn skin green. There is no plating on this piece, so the color you see is the metal itself and nothing can wear through to reveal something underneath.

Waterproof without conditions

There is no cord, no leather, no coating, and no clasp. A solid steel cuff has nothing that water can reach, which is why Arc carries no restrictions at all: shower in it, swim in it, train in it, and leave it on. Rinse with fresh water after the ocean or a pool, and the polish stays bright.

Adjust it once, not every day

The one thing worth knowing about any open cuff is that steel has a memory, and repeated bending eventually tires it. Set the shape when the cuff arrives, press it gently and only as far as you need, and then leave it. Slide it on and off over the narrow side of the wrist rather than opening it each time. Treated that way, this bracelet outlives most of the things you own.

Care

• Wipe with a soft dry cloth to keep the polish bright. This is the only routine care the piece needs.
• Rinse with fresh water after salt water, chlorine, or heavy sweat.
• Adjust the fit by pressing the open ends slowly and evenly. Never lever it against a hard edge.
• Store it in the Caligio pouch bag, away from pieces that could scratch the polish.
• Never use bleach, abrasive cleaners, or ultrasonic jewelry machines. Water and a cloth are enough.

Skin sensitivity

Green wrist marks come from copper alloys, and fading comes from thin electroplating. This piece uses neither. Solid 316L touches skin around the entire cuff, which is the alloy dermatologists point to as the safe default for reactive skin and continuous daily wear.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply would like to return the product, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging, free from any odors (deodorant, perfume), stains, or signs of wear. The original gift box and velvet pouch must be included - returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please note that a $9.99 shipping and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 7 days. 

For exchanges within the US, your first exchange is completely free and will be dispatched within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.
