Why emerald belongs in gold

Green and yellow sit side by side on the color wheel, so gold does not compete with emerald. It deepens it. The warm metal around each stone pulls the green toward a richer, older shade, the one people picture when they think of an emerald ring in a museum case. Emerald color, not emerald stone

The stones are cubic zirconia in emerald green, lab-created and cut with round brilliant facets. Natural emerald is almost always full of tiny inclusions, fragile enough that jewelers rarely set it in a bracelet worn every day. Cubic zirconia is harder than emerald on the Mohs scale and clear inside, so the green stays even and the line takes everyday knocks better than the real thing would. The band is brass with gold plating, not solid gold.

The clasp is the security

A tennis bracelet has nothing to catch it if the closure fails: no safety chain, no elastic, no cord. This one closes with a gold box clasp and a double safety latch. The tongue clicks into the box, then two side levers fold down over the join and lock it a second time. It opens only with a deliberate press on the levers.

Care for it like fine gold jewelry

The band is brass finished with gold plating, and plating keeps its warmth longest when it stays dry. So the one habit worth building is simple: take the bracelet off before the shower, the pool, and the gym, and put it on after perfume, lotion, and sunscreen. Two seconds a day keep the gold warm and the green deep.

Keeping the green deep

A colored stone shows its color when light passes through it and back out. Skin oil and soap film under the settings block that path, and an emerald line turns dark and flat long before it looks dirty. Wipe the stones and the back of the line with a dry, lint-free cloth now and then, and the color comes straight back.

The clasp

The box clasp and its two side levers are the only moving parts. Press the tongue in until you feel the click, then fold both levers down flat. To open, lift the levers and release the tongue instead of pulling on the stone line.

Care

• Take it off before the shower, the pool, the gym, and the beach.
• Put it on last, after perfume, lotion, and sunscreen.
• Wipe with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. No polishing pastes, jewelry dips, or abrasive cloths, which can wear through gold plating.
• If it gets wet, pat it dry right away.
• Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, which can loosen a prong.
• Close the clasp before storing, and keep it in the Caligio pouch bag, away from other pieces.

Skin

The bracelet is nickel-free and lead-free, the two metals most often behind jewelry reactions. Keeping it dry also keeps the gold plating intact over the brass base, which is what keeps it comfortable on the skin.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply would like to return the product, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging, free from any odors (deodorant, perfume), stains, or signs of wear. The original gift box and velvet pouch must be included - returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please note that a $9.99 shipping and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 7 days. 

For exchanges within the US, your first exchange is completely free and will be dispatched within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.
