Last on, first off

Perfume, hairspray, and lotion dull pearls faster than anything, so the bracelet is the last thing to put on and the first to take off. Wipe each pearl with a soft cloth after wear to lift skin oils. Done consistently, this keeps the luster for a lifetime, which is why pearls pass down through generations.

Skin sensitivity

The chain and slider are gold-tone over a nickel-safe base, and pearls are naturally gentle on skin, which makes this an easy bracelet for sensitive wearers.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

Please note, sometimes delivery providers may come up with a shipment delay due to the restrictions issued by countries' governments in these challenging times. Therefore, there may be cases when the package arrives several days after you receive a delivery notification.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply would like to return the product, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging, free from any odors (deodorant, perfume), stains, or signs of wear. The original gift box and velvet pouch must be included - returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please note that a $9.99 shipping and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 7 days. 

For exchanges within the US, your first exchange is completely free and will be dispatched within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.
