No dye, no correction, just the hide

Every other cuff in this collection starts with a color decision. This one does not. Infinity Gold Python is genuine python leather left undyed: a cream white ground crossed by the snake's own dark markings, bonded to a gold-tone 316L stainless steel frame, with no clasp. What you see is what the hide looked like before anyone chose anything, which makes it the most honest piece in the range and the one people recognize instantly as python.

The highest contrast in the collection

Dark markings on a pale ground is the strongest contrast any leather in the Infinity line carries, so the scale pattern reads from across a room rather than only up close. A dyed skin flattens some of that: color fills the low ground between scales and softens the edges. Undyed leather keeps every edge visible, which is why this colorway is the one to choose if the pattern is the reason you want python at all.

Every bracelet is a different snake

Dye is a unifier. Take it away and the differences between hides stop being subtle: marking size, spacing, and the exact warmth of the cream vary from cuff to cuff, and none of that has been evened out. Two people buying this bracelet on the same day receive two visibly different objects, and that is the point rather than a flaw.

The cuff is a spring, and the leather is a passenger

A 316L stainless steel frame forms a wide shallow arc that stores energy when you open it and gives it back when you let go. The python leather is bonded to the outside and carries nothing: it is not asked to stretch, hold a knot, or survive a clasp. Three sizes are three degrees of opening: Small up to 6.7 inches, Medium up to 7.2, Large up to 7.7. The warm counterpart on the same gold frame is Infinity Gold Python Brown, and the bright one is Infinity Gold Python Turquoise. Two materials, one of which is alive

The 316L stainless steel frame needs nothing from you. It does not rust and does not lose its spring. The gold tone is a plated finish on that steel, and a finish is a surface. The python leather bonded to the frame is skin, and skin has requirements.

Python is not waterproof

Do not swim in it, shower in it, or leave it soaking. Water pulls the natural oils out of leather; the fiber stiffens as it dries, and the next flex cracks it. On a cuff the damage appears first where the arc curves most, and at the scale edges. Occasional rain is not a problem. Repeated soaking, and heat applied to wet leather, are what ruin an exotic-skin bracelet. Caligio builds an entire waterproof bracelets collection for the wrist that lives in water.

Pale leather is honest about everything

Undyed cream shows what darker colors hide. Sunscreen, hand cream, and cologne leave a mark on it faster than on brown or black, and the fix is the same two seconds every time: the bracelet goes on last, after everything you spray or rub in, and comes off first. There is no dye here to fade, but strong sun over months will warm the cream unevenly, so store it out of a windowsill and off a car dashboard.

The one habit that matters on a cuff

Take it off by sliding it sideways across the flat of your wrist. Do not pry the tips apart every night. The steel tolerates being opened, but the leather at the tips is where the bond is thinnest, and repeated prying is the only realistic way to lift it. Set the opening once, correctly, and then stop adjusting it.

Care

• Take it off before water, and put it on after cologne, sunscreen, and hand cream.
• If it gets wet, blot with a towel and dry at room temperature. Never a radiator, a hairdryer, or direct sun.
• Wipe along the scales with a dry cloth, never against them. A cloth run backward lifts scale edges.
• Condition two or three times a year with a small amount of leather balm on a cloth. On pale leather, test on the inside of the arc first.
• Wipe the gold-tone frame with a soft dry cloth only. No polish, no dips, no ultrasonic cleaner.
• Store it flat in the Caligio pouch bag, out of direct sun.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging, free from any odors (deodorant, perfume), stains, or signs of wear. The original gift box and velvet pouch must be included - returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please note that a $9.99 shipping and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 7 days. 

For exchanges within the US, your first exchange is completely free and will be dispatched within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.
