Omega Grey has been selling since 2019, which makes it older than Caligio's online store itself. It was born in the Los Angeles shop era, survived the pandemic that closed the shop, crossed over into the online brand in 2020, and never stopped: a bestseller for seven straight years, chosen by thousands of men, and the design that proved the whole idea. Everything Caligio has made since, every collection and every color, traces back to the moment this thick grey rope started walking out the door faster than anything else. The design has not been changed since, because nothing about it needed changing.

A shackle that is part of the bracelet, not a part on it

Omega closes with a stainless steel screw bow-shackle, the rounded marine fitting with the wide throat, and on this bracelet the shackle is permanent: it belongs to the rope the way a buckle belongs to a belt. There is nothing to configure and nothing to decide. One rope, one steel, one answer, which is exactly the kind of object that survives seven years unchanged. The bow shape is also why Omega reads heavier on the wrist than any slim bracelet can: rounded steel over thick rope sits with presence.

Thick cotton, and the orange thread on the side

The rope is thick natural cotton, soft against the skin from the first hour, with the weight you can feel when you write. Cotton is the reason people forget to take Omega off: a natural fiber warms to the wrist in a way synthetics never quite do. And tied on the side is Omega's signature, a single orange thread, the small flame of color that has marked this design since 2019. It is the detail people notice second and remember first.

Steel that needs nothing, cotton that asks for one habit

The bow-shackle is stainless steel: it does not rust, does not tarnish, and does not turn skin green, and it will outlive the rope it is holding. The rope is thick natural cotton, and cotton is the whole reason this bracelet feels the way it does, which means its one weakness deserves respect.

Omega Grey is not waterproof

Take it off before the shower, the pool, and the ocean. This is not about the metal. Cotton absorbs, and what it absorbs it keeps: chlorine, salt, whatever the water carried. It dries slowly, stiffens as it dries, and loses the softness that made it comfortable in the first place, which on this bracelet is the entire point. Occasional rain is not a problem. Caligio builds an entire waterproof bracelets collection in solid steel for the wrist that lives in water.

Seven years of the same design taught us this routine

Oils are what age a cotton rope, not wearing it: sunscreen, cologne, and hand cream settle into the weave and hold dust. The bracelet goes on last, after everything you spray or rub in, and comes off first. If it marks, work the spot with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, and let it air dry away from heat. That is the entire maintenance manual, unchanged since 2019, like the bracelet.

Care

• Put it on last, after sunscreen, cologne, and hand cream.
• Take it off before water. If it gets wet, blot with a towel and dry at room temperature, never near heat.
• Spot-clean the cotton with a damp cloth and mild soap. No bleach, no machine wash.
• Wipe the steel with a soft dry cloth. It needs nothing else.
• Store it in the Caligio pouch bag rather than loose, where cotton collects dust.

Skin sensitivity

Green wrist marks come from copper alloys. The Omega shackle is stainless steel, nickel-free and copper-free, the safe default for reactive skin and continuous daily wear, and the cotton rope is a natural fiber against the skin.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

Please note, sometimes delivery providers may come up with a shipment delay due to the restrictions issued by countries' governments in these challenging times. Therefore, there may be cases when the package arrives several days after you receive a delivery notification.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply would like to return the product, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging, free from any odors (deodorant, perfume), stains, or signs of wear. The original gift box and velvet pouch must be included - returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please note that a $9.99 shipping and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 7 days. 

For exchanges within the US, your first exchange is completely free and will be dispatched within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.
