Heat is the real enemy

Water asks for care, but heat causes the damage: never dry the bracelet on a radiator or leave it on a hot dashboard, which dries the hide and can crack the scales. Room temperature and shade keep it at its best.

Everyday habits

Put the bracelet on last, after perfume and lotion, so oils and alcohol do not settle into the scales. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear. The C-Type shackle slides open and closed; a quick check that it is seated keeps it secure.

Skin sensitivity

The C-Type shackle is stainless steel, nickel-free and copper-free, over natural python leather, an easy pairing for most sensitive skin.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply would like to return the product, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging, free from any odors (deodorant, perfume), stains, or signs of wear. The original gift box and velvet pouch must be included - returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please note that a $9.99 shipping and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 7 days. 

For exchanges within the US, your first exchange is completely free and will be dispatched within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.
