The Bracelet Shackle is the part that changes everything. Every Caligio rope and cord bracelet is built so the shackle lifts out by hand, with no tools and no screws to fight with, which means a single bracelet you already own can wear a different face whenever you want one. Swap a steel D-shackle for a black matte bow-shackle and the same rope reads as a different piece entirely.

Three types, three finishes

The D-Shackle is the closed frame used across the Gio, Fortune, and Nautical lines. The Bow-Shackle carries a wider curved body, the shape rigging uses to take load from several directions, and it appears on Omega and several Binate bracelets. The C-Shackle is the open curve that Rio is built around, where the rope passes through the inside and holds under tension. All three are machined from 316L surgical stainless steel, the medical-grade alloy used in surgical implants, so none of them will rust, tarnish, or turn skin green.

D-Shackles and Bow-Shackles come in three finishes: Steel, Black Matte, and Golden. The C-Shackle comes in Steel, in Regular and Large.

Choose by fit, not by rule

Shackles are interchangeable across Caligio bracelets. Match the type to the rope thickness you are working with, and it will seat correctly. A thicker rope like Rio wants a larger opening; a slimmer cord takes a Regular. If you are unsure, order the type your bracelet arrived with and change only the finish, which is the simplest way to get a new bracelet out of one you already own.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

Plenty of Caligio’s Cuff bracelets are adjustable and comfortably fit most of the standard wrist sizes. Slip-on cuff bracelets sizes are easily increased and decreased with bare hands. If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply would like to return the product, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging, free from any odors (deodorant, perfume), stains, or signs of wear. The original gift box and velvet pouch must be included - returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please note that a $9.99 shipping and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 7 days.

For exchanges within the US, your first exchange is completely free and will be dispatched within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.
