A bright color on a beaded leather

Stingray leather, also called shagreen, is covered in thousands of calcified beads, each one a small dome. Dye settles differently on the crown of a bead than in the low ground between them, so a yellow stingray cuff is never one flat yellow: it is lighter on the raised points and deeper in the valleys, and it shifts as the wrist turns.

The frame is polished 316L stainless steel in its natural tone. Steel is a cool metal, and it keeps the yellow crisp and clean where a gold frame would push it warm. The two together read as a modern piece rather than a vintage one.

Who is the Infinity Yellow Steel Stingray XL for?

Is it real stingray leather?

Yes. It is genuine stingray hide, also called shagreen, with calcified beads set into the surface as separate small domes. Because it is natural leather, every bracelet has its own bead pattern.

Can a man wear a yellow bracelet?

Yes. Yellow works best as the single bright piece in an otherwise quiet outfit of grey, navy, white, or denim. The steel frame keeps it clean and modern, and the cuff is unisex.

How do you put on an open cuff bracelet?

Turn the cuff sideways, slide the opening over the narrow side of your wrist, then rotate it into place. Set the opening once to fit you and leave it there, rather than pulling the ends apart every time.

Can I wear it in the shower?

No. The steel would not mind, but stingray is leather, and water dries the hide out and stiffens it. Take it off before showering, swimming, and soaking.

How do you care for a stingray cuff?

Keep it dry, wipe it with a soft dry cloth, and store it in its pouch out of direct sun so the yellow keeps its color. The beads are hard and do not need polishing.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.
