Prime Dark Brown Smooth Leather takes that silhouette, a clean matte band in deep brown, and gives it its own life. It carries the same associations the strap does: unhurried, established, the kind of brown that suggests its owner also has good shoes.

Warm minimalism

Minimalism usually runs cold: black, grey, steel. Dark brown is the warm way to own less. The uninterrupted matte band works by the same subtraction as its black twin, no pattern, no shine, no decoration, but where black recedes, brown glows quietly against skin, especially in summer, especially with a tan. Of the two smooth Primes, this is the one that photographs like an heirloom.

Hardware you operate without looking

The steel closure is the letter C, Caligio's initial cast as the bracelet's only ornament, and it works like well-made hardware should: bring the ends near and the magnet seats them, then the snap latch clicks shut over the connection. Double fixation, one hand, zero attention. In a design this reduced, the single detail carries the identity, and the C carries it.

Four sizes, one of two in the line

A top seller since 2019, Prime Dark Brown Smooth is also one of the best-fitted bracelets in the catalog: four sizes including the Medium Plus half step to 7.7 inches, rare in the line. The sharp twin is the Prime Black Smooth, the textured version is the Prime Dark Brown Braided, and bigger wrists are covered by the XL version up to 8.8 inches. Leather rules, and the clasp that needs none

The C-clasp is stainless steel: it does not rust, tarnish, or wear out its magnet with use. The band is genuine leather, and leather has one law: it lives long and looks better with age if it stays dry.

Prime Dark Brown Smooth Leather is not waterproof

Take it off before the shower, the pool, and the ocean. Soaked leather dries stiff and loses the supple hand that makes this bracelet what it is. Occasional rain drops are not an event, just towel them off. And heat is worse than water: never dry leather on a radiator or leave it on a car dashboard in summer, because heat is what cracks it.

Brown deepens; help it deepen evenly

Kept dry and worn regularly, dark brown leather grows richer the way a good watch strap does. What interrupts the process is product film: sunscreen, cologne, and hand cream leave a shine on matte leather exactly where you do not want one. The bracelet goes on last. Light scuffs blend back with a soft dry cloth; a drop of colorless leather conditioner once in a while keeps the color deep and even.

Care

• Put it on last, after sunscreen, cologne, and hand cream.
• Keep it out of the shower, the pool, and the ocean. Towel off rain drops.
• Never dry it near heat: radiators and dashboards crack leather.
• Buff light scuffs with a soft dry cloth; a drop of colorless conditioner keeps the brown deep and even.

Skin sensitivity

Green wrist marks come from copper alloys. The Prime clasp is stainless steel, nickel-free and copper-free, the safe default for reactive skin, and the leather band is a natural material against the skin.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply would like to return the product, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging, free from any odors (deodorant, perfume), stains, or signs of wear. The original gift box and velvet pouch must be included - returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please note that a $9.99 shipping and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 7 days. 

For exchanges within the US, your first exchange is completely free and will be dispatched within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.
