A design that time made, not a brand

The founder's grandfather used to say he saw bracelets like these at fairs back in the 1970s, and we believe him. The flat-braided rope bracelet closed with a steel shackle belongs to no one: sailors, fairs, and harbor towns passed it around for decades before any label touched it, which is exactly why it never goes out of style. Caligio has built it since the brand's first day in 2019, and the Nautical White & Blue is the one that wears the sailor's colors.

The sailor's stripe, translated into braid

White and blue is the oldest color code the sea has: the stripe of naval uniforms and regatta pennants, recognized on sight in any harbor on earth. Here the two colors are not printed but woven, white and denim-blue cotton strands crossing into a crisp chevron, which makes this the only patterned braid in the cotton fleet. Cream whipping wraps seal the ends, and the polished shackle completes a palette that has not needed updating in a century.

The screw-pin D-shackle, engraved with the Caligio name, fully detaches: unscrew the pin and the hardware comes off, which is what makes the customization real. Cotton rules, steel exceptions

The shackle is stainless steel and needs nothing: no rust, no tarnish, ever. The rope is natural cotton, and cotton has one law: it keeps its shape and color if it stays dry.

The Nautical is not a swimming bracelet

Ironic for the name, but honest: braided cotton holds water deep in the weave, dries slowly, and stiffens as it goes. Take it off before the shower, the pool, and the ocean. Rain drops are not an event, just towel them off. For a bracelet that actually lives in water, Caligio builds the marine-rope Fortune collection and solid steel pieces.

Keeping the stripe crisp

A two-tone weave lives on contrast, and the white half shows product film first: sunscreen, cologne, and hand cream settle into the braid and soften the chevron. The bracelet goes on last, every time. A soft dry brush keeps the pattern sharp; spot-clean gently with a barely damp cloth and air-dry away from heat.

Skin sensitivity

Green wrist marks come from copper alloys. The shackle is stainless steel, nickel-free and copper-free, and the rope is natural cotton: the safe combination for reactive skin.

To define the correct sizing of your wrist, we highly recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. However, if you do not have a special measure, use a small piece of tape or a cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler.

Your orders are picked, packed, and shipped the same day from Los Angeles, California. The products ordered after 2PM PST are shipped the very next working day. The shipping department is on duty Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Please note, sometimes delivery providers may come up with a shipment delay due to the restrictions issued by countries' governments in these challenging times. Therefore, there may be cases when the package arrives several days after you receive a delivery notification.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply would like to return the product, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging, free from any odors (deodorant, perfume), stains, or signs of wear. The original gift box and velvet pouch must be included - returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please note that a $9.99 shipping and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 7 days. 

For exchanges within the US, your first exchange is completely free and will be dispatched within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.
